2025-26 Discount Card Order Form
- Discount card is the same size and quality of a standard credit/debit card.
- Please note the Google form is for pre-sales and community members, if you are on a PLL team, please contact your team parent/manager
- The card is valid for continuous, unlimited use (restrictions do apply as noted), 3/15/25-4/1/26.
- Cards will be available prior to March 15th
- Payments: Cash or Check (made payable to PLL) (a PLL board member will contact for payment and distribution)
- Funds raised will help improve our league, including build a covered practice area, new equipment, improve concessions, and more!
